5-6 years ago, I was in the worst shape ever and although I wanted to change, the first few years of working out were so ineffective. I had no idea what to eat, or how to train to get the body I dreamed of. I tried different methods, did an intense amount of research and learning until I finally cracked the code - I managed to lose over 75lbs and build a body that I am now happy and confident with!
Fitness has since been my passion and I want to help others get the same results as I did. Alongside my studies and training to become a doctor, I got certified as a personal trainer and this combined with my experience as a gym goer, will help women achieve their dream body.
